Pets are a part of the family, and so we clean up after them as well! During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.
Our pricing is based on our clients specific cleaning needs. We aren't the cheapest nor the most expensive cleaning service, we aim to tailor pricing to your individual cleaning plan. Keeping in mind that every home and lifestyle is different which can impact cost of service.
We do offer a limited amount of cleaning packages that were made with you in mind. These packages are able to be customized.
No. We have clients who provide us with spare keys or garage codes. Your home is treated with the same respect as if you were home. When service is complete, we make sure your home is secure and also send a courtesy text to let you know we are leaving.
We do our very best to keep your house cleaning team consistent, although there are times where this is out of our control. We do communicate when a cleaner is being substituted or replaced but rest assured that you will still receive the same great service and the best clean.
All payments are due the day of your service. Our clients leave cash payment or check in sight usually on dining table or kitchen counter. We do accept credit card and Zelle payments. Please note if paying with check that they are made out to WiseOwl Personal Cleaning.
Here at WiseOwl Personal Cleaning we understand that life happens. We schedule services for dates and times that work best with your schedule. All appointments are confirmed through text or email prior to your appointment, we kindly ask that if you do need to reschedule or cancel an appointment that you give 48-72 hours notice to avoid a last minute cancellation fee and most importantly as a courteous to neighbors seeking help just like yourself.
In the event that an accident does occur during service, first thing we do is stop and communicate. During communication, the best possible solution is discussed, options include repair, replace or filing a claim when appropriate.
Here at WiseOwl Personal Cleaning, we value all of our clients feedback. During our service in your home, upon completion we do a thorough walk through to ensure that your cleaning needs were met. If you happen to see something after we have completed the ending walk through, please feel free to contact us before the end of the next business day following service. We'd love to correct the issue with no additional cost to gain your complete satisfaction.
